Affiliate Marketing Manager

Join our team as an Affiliate Marketing Manager and lead the development and execution of our affiliate marketing strategy. Your expertise in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, and data analysis will drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new affiliates, optimizing affiliate campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to improve our affiliate program continuously. As an essential part of our marketing team, you will be key in driving our business forward and achieving our growth objectives. 

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. 

• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the company’s affiliate network. 

• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of affiliate marketing initiatives with other marketing channels. 

• Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and commission structures to ensure profitability and compliance. 

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve affiliate marketing efforts. 

• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on affiliate program performance and opportunities for growth. 

Who we are looking for: 

• 3+ years of experience in an Affiliate Marketing or similar position 

• Portfolio of successful affiliate marketing campaigns 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 

• Attention to detail and being data-driven 

• Strong communication and organizational skills 

• Proven project management skills 

• Familiarity with TeaLeaf, Google Analytics, and similar tools 

• Familiarity with crypto and/or fintech 

• Familiarity with different SEO tools like Ahrefs and Semrush
