What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Risley, a leading financial institution with a focus on cryptocurrency and fiat integration. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth in our Neo-banking fiat and crypto banking services.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, including individuals, businesses, and institutional investors interested in utilizing our crypto banking services.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding and knowledge of our banking products, cryptocurrency offerings, and digital wallet solutions.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding and knowledge of traditional banking products, account opening, and local and cross-border payments.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships and drive adoption of additional banking services and crypto-related products.
- Conducting regular check-ins and meetings with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide personalized solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including Compliance, Sales, Operations, and Product Development, to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Coordinating and facilitating client onboarding processes, including account setup, KYC/AML compliance, and training on digital banking and crypto services.
- Monitoring client account activity, analyzing usage patterns, and providing insights and recommendations for optimizing their banking experience and achieving their financial goals.
- Staying informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the cryptocurrency and fintech space, and educating clients on relevant topics.
What Skills & Experience You’ll Bring to Us:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles within the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency concepts, blockchain technology, and digital assets.
- Proficiency with traditional payment methods and account opening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple client relationships and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and account management tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to cryptocurrency transactions and financial services (e.g., KYC, AML) is a plus.
- Passion for innovation and a desire to be part of a dynamic team driving change in the financial industry.
