What you’ll be doing 

We are seeking a Global Operations Manager to join Vixi Tech RO, overseeing and optimizing workflows, policies, and operational efficiency across our global departments. This role involves developing and monitoring KPIs, ensuring compliance, and leading a diverse team to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management within a high-tech or fintech environment, with excellent leadership and communication skills. 

 

You will be responsible for… 

  • Workflow Development: Design, implement, and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency across all departments. 
  • Policy Creation: Develop and enforce policies that connect departments internally and with clients, ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals. 
  • Efficiency Control: Monitor and evaluate employee efficiency across various locations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. 
  • Reporting: Build and maintain comprehensive reports on operational success, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Task Tracking: Utilize company software to track tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company policies and timelines. 
  • Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, behavioral codes, and legal requirements. 
  • Business Plan Execution: Collaborate with other managers to create a micro-tasking plan, to execute the business plan and roadmap within established timelines. 
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to enhance overall operational effectiveness. 
  • Client Interaction: Oversee and streamline processes related to client interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality. 
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operations and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation. 
  • New Locations Setup: Lead the setup process for new remote/in-spot locations for employees. 

 

 

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a global high-tech entity or fintech environment. 
  • Skills: 
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices. 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective policies and workflows. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in operations management software and tools, such as project management and task tracking systems. 
  • Attributes: 
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail. 
  • Proactive and results-driven approach. 
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to work under pressure. 
  • Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages is an asset (Spanish, French). 

 

What you need to know 

  • Location- Bucharest, Romania.. 
  • 9-18, Monday- Friday. (Hybrid position. 2 days remote)
